We use hardwood for most of our products which is known for its strength and longevity. Unlike softwoods like pine wood, it is prone to dents, scratches and wear and tear. Wood: At Allebebe, we prioritize using sustainable materials such as European sourced solid hardwood and MDF (for some products/parts). Paint: We use eco-friendly and kid-safe paint that has the lowest VoC (Volatile organic compounds) that makes it safe for to be even kept in a confined space and tolerate all kinds of temperature, bites and licks. Low VoC paints VS normal paints: Normal paints can be potential lethal carcinogens and can continue emitting VOCs for years, posing an ongoing threat to health.

Refund Policy: We are a small business so refunds are only possible on damaged deliveries. We will be able to return your damaged products if - (1) you have an unboxing video of the package and (2) if the refund claim is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
